by an Obama Who? writer;
There was a survey yesterday about who would you like to come over and have a BBQ with, McCain or Obama ?
I actually thought about this. I decided on John McCain to have over to my house for a BBQ. Why? Easy, from what his wife Cynthia says, he is a really good cook. So if Mc/Cain was at my BBQ, he could cook J Actually I would like to spend some time with him to ask him like a thousand questions as I find him a very real, very deep, and a very remarkable man.
John McCain seems like a real down to earth person, the kind you could kick back with, talk about anything on your mind with and crack open a beer (if you drink). He is the type of person you could just sit and listen to what he has to say. Obama on the other hand would get on my nerves. First I don’t like looking up at a person’s nose and that would bug me with his head up in the air being an elitist. Second I would not want to hear Obama brag about himself when he has nothing to say. Third I would not like the fact that he would probably be annoyed by the kids. The biggest problem I would have with him coming to a BBQ is he would bring his wife Michelle, she is not as nice as she pretends to be. That would ruin my day.
I can handle Cindy McCain since she has a lot to talk about. She has a lot of stories to share as she loves kids and could nicely handle my dogs. I could ask her about her time in the Rodeo, ask her about her addictions, how hard it was for her to handle John’s divorce and being the other woman. I could talk to Cindy about how she felt when she got caught for theft and the embarrassment she felt over this. I could talk to her about kids, meeting Mother Theresa, her travels; her ideas and just kick back to have a real life conversation with her. She is more of a down to earth person who has had actual real life problems. But what can you actually talk to Michelle Obama about? She does not come across as a real life person who has endured real life problems that most of us have had. I could see Cindy McCain in blue jeans, eating a burger, chatting away, even pitching in and helping out with washing the dishes. I can’t get the same visual with Michelle Obama.
Anytime John McCain would like to stop on over here to kick back and relax with a BBQ burger and a beer he is more than welcome. Oh yeah, please bring his wife with him too. It would be a very enjoyable day for all of us involved. Obama on the other hand, well I don’t think it would be too much fun to have him around. I can’t imagine Obama and his wife in a water balloon fight with the kids or wearing jeans and a tee shirt to just kicking back and having a blast. John and Cindy, I have no problems seeing them doing this. It is not a hard visual for Cindy McCain to be in the kitchen and making burger patties or chopping up veggies. I can imagine her chasing kids, playing with dogs or holding a cat on her lap. I could see her playing in the dirt with the kids or trying to skate board. She would be fun to know and hip to just hang out with. Now with John, I could see easily getting his hands dirty while trying to help fix a car or jumping up and down at a baseball game while munching a hot dog. Try as I may I can’t get the same visuals with Obama or with his wife. It just doesn’t fit.
On this July 4th as I think about this great country and what its President should mean to me, our country and the world, I am very happy with my decision to leave the Democratic Party. I’ve become an Independent and will vote a straight Republican ticket in the fall. For me, I want a real President in office, I would have loved to have Hillary Clinton over for a BBQ also but since she can’t right now. So you know what, I have no problems with John McCain being here either. To me he is a real person with a real life, has a real purpose with real values. Hey McCain has a proven history and a legacy. He is a very interesting person. I will vote for Hillary Clinton in 2012 but for right now John McCain is a more real person with substance, has more real values and is more like the rest of us gun toting, clinging to religion Americans. He will get this vote and nothing is going to change my mind, nothing at all. Have a wonderful 4th of July!

Side by side there is NO comparison:) Hey did people catch Hillary’s email to maxed out contributors? There is a place to check on there to use money over on your contributions for her campaign in 2012:) Now what a slick way of telling us NOT to vote for BO:)

I have never thought about John McCain like this but after reading this I did think about him. Your right, I could imagine Cindy McCain in jeans and a tee shirt but can’t picture Michelle Obama the same way. This article sort of put the people in a normal setting for me, I could see them as real people and it really has helped a lot. It got me to think about it and hey, I would invite John McCain and his wife over any time for burgers and hot dogs and your right, it would be a good afternoon. Around here with all the kids and noise and dogs and activity they would fit right in. Your welcome to drop in anytime John and Cindy. I can’t say the same for Obama and Michelle though as what would you talk to them about? Happy Fourth of July people!

Does Obama have any photos of himself where he is not looking down his nose or looking away with his shifty eyes?
