Obama LOSES BIG
by an Obama Who? contributor;
“And it’s not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations,” Obama bashing small town America.
Congrats to Hillary on her MAJOR BLOWOUT WIN! People of West Virginia we love you! You spoke out loud and clear to let the people know what you felt. You did NOT buy in to the Pundits spin that Obama has won, it was useless to vote and let the world know what you felt! If I was there I would give all of you a BIG HUG! Now come on Kentucky and Oregon, speak out and speak out loud.
Today, as expected, the Obama camp is out there and screaming “racism” about the people of WV. There are reports of some WV people selling tee shirts with Obama on them and a picture of Curious George peeling a banana and some woman reported someone in WV said to “hang him from a tree.” Yawn, this is getting so old. Racist? I really don’t believe this. There may be some there but hey there is racism in many ways all over the place. Hillary Clinton has been the target of gender bashing from the start but she has yet to pull the gender card on it. That is ok, we do it for herJ Obama keeps trying to pull the race card. Why can’t he get it through his head that it is a lot more than race as to why people do not want him for the President. It is Rezko, Ayers, Dohrn, Sinclair, Farrakhan, Wright, Bittergate, NAFTAGATE, Fingergate, voting against the Infant Protection Act, supporting partial birth abortions, Black Party Endorsement, Hamas Endorsement, Jane Fonda endorsement, Michelle Obama, Elitism, not saluting the flag, not wearing the flag pin, dismissing Florida and Michigan as if they are not worthy of voting, now he dismissed VA as well as unworthy of him and there are the lies, lies and more lies that he tells constantly. Do you think that maybe instead of it being racism it is simply the people do not like him or even more appropriate they are CONCERNED over his very, very slim record, poor voting habits, lack of foreign affairs, his pure elitism, inability of not connecting with people and lack of substance? This sounds more likely than racism.
Think about this WV race. Hillary took the entire state; he did not even win ONE county. This has NEVER been done in this race on the Dem side. BO has NEVER taken an entire state. No matter how they try to spin this, last night was a major win. 41 point spread, almost 150,000 votes over his which did not even get near the 100k mark. This race clearly shows that Obama CANNOT connect with the voters needed to win this GE. Now they say they are making a NEW Democratic party and we are NOT NEEDED to win the GE. Good luck with thatJ If all of us were to go Independent, switch to Republicans and let their new party go, hey we would not have to even consider Obama being in the White House at all. They say they do not need the working class, the women, the gays, the Latinos, or the Asians to win with their new party. Their new party with Elitist, College kids and blacks would go how far?
Now on to Chris Mathews who said: Transcript - Chris Matthews: If you talk to people, older women, and you talk to them. . . older women. . and they get really angry at me, of course .. How do you get those older women – I think that’s the strongest constituency for Hillary – the strained women, the woman who maybe works hard, maybe was a hard working woman, maybe her marriage wasn’t the greatest thing in the world in terms of economics, in terms of . . her life wasn’t that great and they look at Hillary as their champion that’s gonna save them and pull them out of this rut they’ve been in for 30 or 50 years or 60 years. How do you move them, after all this visceral attitude toward Barack Obama, to him, if that has to happen. . . I talk to visceral!! These people have a visceral attitude about Barack Obama and against him. It is so deep. . . A woman said to me… a rather well turned out woman [for Hillary] said to me last night… I’m voting for McCain.. . Now I’ve heard that from women of all walks of life. I got a sister-in-law like that. She’s a very feminist woman. . Eileen Kennedy, [she’s for Hillary but she’s going to vote for McCain] .. . I’ll hear about this later. . . Even though it will run against every one of her principles, in terms of the Supreme Court and women’s rights and everybody’s rights.. I mean it’s so visceral. . .
vis•cer•al - not intellectual, proceeding from instinct rather than intellect, characterized by or dealing with coarse or base emotions; earthy; instinctive, unreasoning. .
So we visceral women say the following:

I too am one of those Feminists that will vote for McCain even though it is against all I believe and have worked for my entire career, Special Needs Teacher in New Orleans LA Schools as a white woman, and was never made to feel that I was a Racist. Guns and Gospel Choir Groups were regular occurances in the school Settings. I was raised by racist parents and know all of the subtle forms that this pervasive discrimination takes in all racial groups Caucasian,African-American, Hispanic, and Oriental. The race card is a no win situation as it is met to make all other not of the race feel unworthy or less than good.

Glad to know that there are other small town Americans that feel like I do and want to go hunting but have to wait until hunting season and its not because we’re bitter!

Ky will be one big blow out for Hillary! I read today that Hillary and Obama is headed to Fla and that they have came to terms on that state. I hope Hillary takes the votes coming to her and not let Obama take part of them! How could anyone vote for Obama after reading my post: http://goodtimepolitics.com/2008/05/20/obama-how-many-states-are-there-in-the-united-states/
