Last night as I tossed and turned all night, I kept thinking over Obama’s associates.  The media says, “It is guilt by association” and “Obama can’t be held accountable for what others say or do, he is not doing it”. Then I heard Kristine Powers on Fox News saying, “Obama has satisfied me with his answers on the Reverend Wright.”   Well maybe he has given her the answers she wants to hear but he sure has not given them to a lot of the rest of us especially when this is what I wake up to:

The Detroit chapter of the NAACP has chosen a keynote speaker for its annual “Freedom Fund” dinner. It’s Barack Obama’s crazy uncle-like spiritual guru–the “illustrious leader,” Jeremiah Wright:

Wright, the former minister of presidential candidate Barack Obama, has been under fire for remarks he’s made during his sermons about race relations, the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks and black separatism. He recently retired as pastor of Trinity United Church of Christ, a 10,000-member megachurch located in Chicago.

The Fight for Freedom dinner, which annually attracts about 10,000 people, will be held April 27 at Cobo Hall. The gathering is a key fund-raiser for the Detroit Branch NAACP, and is billed as the largest sit-down dinner in the country.
